To the maximum extent permitted by law, Substantive Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive to deliver high-quality services, we provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from the systems we install.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement according to the terms specified in that agreement. Website access may be terminated at any time without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms
